I believe they based Ellie’s face off Ashley, she has the voice of Ellie, and the acting skills. I’m normally against adults playing teenagers, in this case, it would be appropriate. Ashley Johnson IS Ellie. GoT is by a wide margin the best show ever created. It's weird to pretend praise and high ratings would be an indication for not being a trustable source. I might've mistaken your point though and you might have meant that 8.5 is a silly rating for a show that is a clear 10 for most episodes.
