The Citroen system took ages to re-catalogue my stick (sitting on the start-up Citroen logo), and eventually sprung into life. I couldn't work out how to actually get the playlist to work, but realised you use the options and Media List menu to select 'playlist'. That worked just fine and was easily navigable up and down the 20 tracks included.

My GP 2016 developed the same fault as the others in this thread. Citroen dealer diagnosed Offside rear calliper motor open circuit. The fault turned out to be a break in the wiring to the calliper where it goes round the wheel arch. Armed with this information your local mechanic may be able to effect a repair considerably cheaper than Citroen !
