8#. OK. Firstly, your Phantom is not dropping frames, it cannot do that, because it is recording a continuous MPEG encoded video streeam. It will introduce coding artifacts, but not drop frames. The P4 encoder is not as good as the P3 encoder for some reason, and it does not deal with lots of details well.
