Rating is calculated as follows: (Max skill + Min Skill)/1.2, where Max skill is the number of points in the skill with the most points, and Min Skill is the number of points in the skill with the fewest points. You could be a level 6 and have a 5.0 rating by having those 6 skill points assigned to one skill.

When hired drivers start to drive. I hired a driver and got him a truck. It said that he will automaticaly start to drive. I started a delivery mission, about 700 km long, finished it, went to check my driver and his status is still idle with 0 km driven distance. Did I something wrong or I need to wait longer.
